Tootie's first opened its door in February 2022, proudly named after the first granddaughter Riaya Sharp (Tootie). Her parents were the original owners, who soon after found out they were expecting another child, so Anson Vowell took over where it then transition to the hands of Brian Vowell where our tradition continues.

From the very beginning, Tooties has been family oriented and family based-- a place where everyone feels at home. Every recipe we serve is our own, made  from scrath with love and care.  You wont find anything fancy or fast food here-- just good, homemade meals like Grandma used to make, the kind you had waiting for you at home.
